29:Eleven Consulting was built on three decades of real dealership work — not on a pitch deck. That experience shapes what we agree to represent, how we introduce it, and how honestly we tell you when something is not the right fit for your store.
New and used, front end and back end. We understand how a store actually runs, where gross is really made, and what your people will and will not adopt.
We take on a very small number of programs, and only after they have performed in live retail environments. If it has not worked in a real store, we will not put it in front of you.
